I sent my wife to have her car painted at Maaco, and what an experience it was. On 5-15-2020 once my wife come home, I looked at the paint job Maaco claimed that was completed, which really never was started the way that car looked. You can see the black under the paint. So, on Thursday we went to show this guy name Montrayl, which claims he was the Manager, and the person who painted the car. If this is true, then I see why the paint job looks like it do. So basically he's stating that he was able to manage the store and paint the car, its no way possible he was able to do both and do a great paint job at the same time. Montrayl customer service was terrible, and he has no management skills what so ever. This man almost made me grab him while my daughter was in the car, and she's the reason I didn't. This so-called manager Montrayl jumps in front of my car throwing his arms up saying what are you going to do, so tell me something, how professional that was. I asked him was he going re-paint my wife car, and he stated NOPE, just lime that. This was our first experience with Maaco, and also was our last time dealing with them as well. I just only want the paint job completed like we paid to have done. I'm waiting on Corporate now before I move forward to further actions. I just can't believe my experience with Maaco. Now I see why Maaco have so many bad reviews. User's recommendation: Never Utilize Macco.
