On 1/01/19, We ordered $54.00.00 worth of food. We ordered a large pizza with extra cheese...The amount of cheese was minimal and the bottom of the crust was burnt and tasted burnt, the buffalo wings had basically no sauce on them and the blue cheese dressing was watery and spilled out inside of the container on the chicken, the garlic knots had basically no garlic on them. It tasted like a plain piece of burnt doe and the bottom was charred. We asked for extra napkins and plates and did not even receive one plate or one napkin....I called the same night and requested to speak with the manager. I was told that he would call me back...I never received a return call. We were all totally disappointed with the quality of the food and wasted $54.00 plus a tip to the driver...We will never waste our money at Sals on Pilot House Drive in Newport News, Va again...
