I booked a tee time on your website. I went to the course at the appointed time and was told they have no tee time under that name via your website. I assumed that the tee time didn't go thru because I was not charged for a round I didn't play and the course said they didn't see my name listed on their computers. I need to have my green fee refunded to my account based on this information. This is unacceptable! There is no reason for me to be charged a week later for a round of golf I never got to play. My name is Dekeithi Walton. I would like this issue to be resolved ASAP!
