A tech informed me that the base of my recliner is broken and need replacement. The part arrived over a week ago but I have been able to contact Laz-boy. I am placed on hold for hours

Noncompliance with warranty. I have not been able to schedule appt. to install part after numerous attempts: User's recommendation: Do not purchase extended warranty.
