I was with them for five years and gave them $35.00 every month when mey dog turned six they took $70.00 a month I called them to ask why they said it was because my dog was 6 years old at this point they had removed $140.00 from my account I then asked for an appointment to get the dogs teeth cleaned they said that was not included needless to say I dumped them their pharmacy was also very expensive User's recommendation: Very expensive and always looking for a way to get more of your money.
