I wrote a letter several weeks ago with no response back. Personally, if I was in charge of complaints, I certainly would take every letter to heart, considering that the consumer is the "bread and butter" of almost every company. Not very professional at all I have to add. I also took the time to include every detail possible, name, address,etc. even the wood was put inside in my letter.
