I tried several web sites to get neck relax to address my problem. After about 2 weeks they did respond finally to one of my emails, not the pissedcustomer one. They wanted details of my problem and then they advised that they only have a 30 day warranty. After several emails back and forth they have agreed to replace neck relax item but I am asking for a refund. They have refused to give me a refund because its over 30 days but I was trying to contact them before the 30 day warranty expiration period. Its like they wouldnt respond until after The 30 day period so they wouldnt have to give me a refund. User's recommendation: Don’t do business with neck relax.
