Provider: Jessicah Ambrisco Date: 6/7/2021 Time: 10:31 A.M. Complaint: Inappropriate conversation!! I like my Dr thus far and am completely floored that things went so far left after all of this time without any facilitation on my part !!! Please rectify this situation! I'm very hurt and traumatized again !!
