A pea in the pod of inconsiderate ***

This company has the poorest most pushy customer service representatives known to the retail world. They are rude and clearly do not understand the concept of keeping their customers happy. I ordered a dress for a very important event and payed $16.00 for second day air only to find out they took 24 hours to process my order just from their systems. No where on the sight did it say this clearly, and it didnt matter that I ordered my items way before the end of their business day 48 hours prior to the date i was expecting my delivery. Not only did they not cancel my order after I asked them to, they didnt try to find a middle ground in ANY way, I just lucked out case closed and they responded to my emails in a very condescending manner. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
