a olive green shirt – men’s and a black denim – women’s

The olive green shirt is for my dad and it had gone on a courier so during the courier the shirt has been a little crushed and the staff is not accepting it. Please help because it's not even been 15 days and I had take it to the store ASAP. Black denim of mine has faded so badly in just a month that it's not even in a wearable condition. I always busy so much from Zara but this is the first time I am facing such a problem. Please please help.
