A NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I was told I would get a phone call between 9-9:30am to advise time of delivery. No call installers arrived at 8:20am and then at 9am I get a call that the installers would be arriving after noon. Installers rude that they had to wait while we took all the drawers out of the bedroom furniture. All they had to move was the furniture shells. Installers did not like that they had to move anything so they called National Floors and told them what they had to move and that they had to take apart a hospital bed. I don't have a hospital bed I have a Select Comfort bed ON ROLLERS. National wanted to charge me $150 to roll the bed around..I said I'll do it at 74 years of age. Then National said the installers will leave if you don't take apart the bed. It goes on and on but rather than bore you DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. It was a simple install no corners but they meaning both National Flooring and their installers made it into a horrible experience with a rude company.
