A month for a part to be delivered

9/25 I take my truck to the dealer to work on , that was a Wednesday. They said on Monday the part was ordered now don’t forget you only get reimbursed for 5 days car rental at $35 a day. So now it’s Oct 8th and the part still hasn’t been delivered. I called every 3 days and people were so polite that I believed them when they said it should be there in 2 days & that was 3 different people who said that by then it was another full week ( 7 days ) and now they don’t have a time frame for delivery even after I received a tracking number. I have been given the run around for weeks only to say they can’t track it, they have no time frame. I’ve been transferred to the parts department and again I’ve been given inadequate information on the time of delivery. Do yourself a favor and do not go with this warranty company or any car dearship that’s deals with this car warranty
