Every so many monthife Storage keep going up on it customer who are loyal to them. I have been a client for 6 years. My storage have been vroken into. Ive been lied to and told they went up on the insurance, the unit price, but the forgot to send letters to the customers, and 1st one thing then the other. My bill has al.ost doubled. And they nut up. It appear even there late fee has gone up and I a. Very unsatified. When you try to pay there bill, they have there system setup for there amount or sit your stuff out. Life storage is going to be cursed by God for how they do there customers. Due to the high break in, in our area you are forced to purchase there insurance which keeps going up, and I am mad.
