A lot of money for poor outcome

The employee spends minimal time with the customer and gets you to purchase inserts that are VERY expensive. I tried to trade an insert because the current ones did not work for me. The Manager that waited on me admitted that they were the wrong size for me but would not exchange them. She stated that I would have to buy a $99 lifetime policy to be able to switch any product and is good for my lifetime. This is a new plan they instituted within the last few months. Seems like I am not the only one that has had issues with the product without much success so they need to institute another means of making money. There is no way to purchase a product like this in a short amount of time of one visit. I was not asking to return the product as I knew they would not. Just asking for a product that was the correct fit. After going into the store 4-5 times I was given a different product each time. Doesn't even sound like they know they are doing. Very poor experience.
