a lot of mistakes and they haven’t checked them

I wasn’t happy with the website www.theunitutor.com. I ordered one essay and they wrote it really fast. But the main problem was that they made a lot of mistakes and haven’t checked them. I trusted them and haven’t checked them as well. I got F and the teacher told me that it was grammatical nightmare. I was embarrassed and decided not to use the services of this company.
