I spoke to representative about my Mildred I.Crowe's account. She recieved two letters asking whether she wanted continue using the account or cancel it because no purchases had been made. The letter also that stated do to inactivity the cards will cancelled and the remaing balance in the amount of $579.00 will have to be paid. She 90 years old and didn't understand exactly what this all meant. I've spoken with her and she be will calling to resolve the misunderstanding about the cancellation.
