These people should have a special section in *** My mother has been on Aciphex for like, forever. Every time she turns in a prescription to Medco, it's for a years worth of refills. And every time, these slimy weasels send her some OTC piece of *** instead of **what her doctor has ordered***. She has had her primary, and 3 other doctors write letters to Medco stating she is to be on *this* particular drug because none of the others are suitable. And yet despite this, they send her some OTC drug every single time, unfailingly!!! And calling their customer service is impossible!!!! It's all automated so you have to struggle to get an actual human on the phone--and when you do, lo and behold, it's an Indian in India!!! Really, you expect senior citizens to call somebody overseas and expect them to be understood??!! I call now on her behalf and demand a supervisor every time. The first tier people who answer the phones aren't equipped to fix this problem so I go higher. And I will continue to go higher until this stops! I hope there's another class action brewing because I will be joining it!
