I have a 3 year warranty on a recliner that I purchased and have something that needs to be fixed. I called them to find out what I need to do, and was told to send an email with a photo and what is wrong with it, and would hear back in about three weeks! I asked where the email address was on the website, and was told that it's on there at least 20 different places! He seemed like he wanted to cut me off, and was so arrogant. Some customer service! User's recommendation: Find another company.
