Support rarely responds with anything other than "we received your request and will respond as soon as possible. Crazy high scores on songs, then RADIO SILENCE. Took 6 weeks for diagnostics to come back. I was chosen to be featured o a podcast. The submission was a cover, they freaked out. I had no idea at the time that it was not ok to do so. I was brand new to the site. Since then I have had nothing but bad experiences. VERY BAD
