A huge complaint n disappointment of customer service

Dear Gianluca, Tamer and Omer, Can anyone assist me to handle and fix my problem and complaints? My problem has been handled by customer service and technician department for more than one month (Aug 30 - now). As a loyal customer can tell you that freedom mobile is totally failed to take care of customer and fix technical issue and overcharge from system error and poorest customer service experience. I am strongly request the immediate assistance from the top management for solving my problem and handle the huge complaints. Your technician and customer service team and one of Supervisor Sam are totally failed. As a customer is very very disappointed and frustrated with too many excuses and poorest service experience.
