I had the worst experience ever at the Taco Casa in Cincinnati Hyde Park area the lady that took my order was extremely rude and she got my order wrong and when I asked her for my money back she completely refused saying that they can never give back refunds when I know that's a lie because I have no other problems with the Norwood or Walnut Hills location in Cincinnati I've never had a problem with either one except for this one it's horrible it sucks at least she needs to be fired
