The employees are useless, they also have a poor attitude when asking to speak to a manager and supervisor. I attempted to process a claim with them and it took well over a month. Nobody has a single clue as to what is happening here. I spent multiple hours on hold with these people on multiple occasions. I was transferred to multiple departments where nobody could help but they all offered plenty of poor excuses.
