I bought a 1 acre machine in 2015. It came with extra bulbs. No problem until I ran out of bulbs. Got on their website and made an order for 2 sets of bulbs. That was 5/14/2020. They sent the bulbs for a 1/2 acre machine after providing them with the correct information and bulb numbers. Now after 2 weeks of trying to call them and sending e-mails to them I have gotten no response. The address has change because the company no longer operates in Milwaukee, Wis. Return label on package says Pennsylvania. All I want is the bulbs I ordered. User's recommendation: Order through QVC,
