A & E has terrible customer service!

A & E has made me so mad that I will never use them again. In brief.... after calling them to fix my refrigerator, they say they need a part that they don't have and schedule to come back in 6 days. Then, they confirm the appt., but cancel because the part has not arrived. Fine.. Then they reschedule for two days from then in which time I receive the part at my home. They day before they call to confirm and ask me to call and reschedule if I do not have the part. I DO have part and do not cancel and for the second time in a week reschedule 4 hours of my day to wait for them to come and fix my refrigerator. After 3 hours at home, I call them to get a more specific time in which time they tell me that they are not coming because I don't have the part. I do have the part and am waiting for them to come. Sorry they say, we can't come today, we will reschedule. Who do they think they are! Do they not understand that people have jobs and can't take 12 hours off work in a week to wait for them! How dare they... I'm sooooo pissed and will never call them again. I have called the store that I bought all my appliances from and complained. I will also write a letter. Do NOT use A&E Facotry Repair Service!
