I have never experience such a complete lack of customer service and compassion as I have with COONEY MEDICAL SUPPLY, EYNON PA. After inquiring about a particular medical supply needed right away, I was confronted by an extremely cold and un-caring "Customer Service Rep." After asking about the product I was practically dismissed by this individual and basically told that the need was not important or the person, what was more important were "The Rules." What an awful testimony to COONEY MEDICAL SUPPLY. If you have any medical supply needs, I urge you to shop where your needs are met first rather than "The Rules".....What an awful experience
