A disgrace of a company

my mom just passed away this past monday from cancer and alzheimers . this company was suggested by her doctor who i now found out is financially involved with them. last weekend my mom had took a big turn for the worse so i called them to have a nurse come by and ask for the 8pm till 8 am consistent care . the nurse rosita said my mother's vitals weren't bad enough yet. the next day the other nurse tom came and told me there was a 90% chance i would get a nurse for the actual night my mom passed but then i was told "all nurses were taken" . then at 3 am when my mother passed the nurse was called to pronounce the death. this nurse comes in and the first thing she says as my family are all in tears is " hey good thing we didn't get that snow they were talking about" i said "what?" then she sits down a few feet away and is talking on her phone loudly as my father is in tears and yells over to me " how do you spell the name of this street again?" and then says loudly to her phone " i have a mary here she just expired " . she never called the funeral home neither did she leave the death paperwork for them either. a few hrs after the very respectful and low tone funeral guys came the company community medical who supplied the bed are calling me to get their bed back literally 4 hrs after my mom passed . no one from compassionate care including the director pat or any of the nurses, social worker etc even called to offer condolences . if you want a loved one to leave this world in the most undignified way just call " comapassionate" care .
