Has anyone else had problems filing a W8 form? We filed in forms last year for 2018. All Our accounts showed "certified". They then withheld 24% tax because they did not have a W8 on file. Each time we call we get a different response. Within the space of 5 days we have had confirmation of certification and then a request to file a new form for the same account. Each time we call or email we get a different reply. And we never ever get a call back. Appaling, shambolic. Tired of hearing the word sorry, but not getting any progress.
