A day late, I ordered a full sized card and didn’t get it.

It was an anniversary gift. It was important that it arrive on time. Then I got an email that it would arrive a day late. If I could have talked to someone, I would have asked them to change the order and delivery it on time. Also I paid $5 for a full size card and did not get it. Also I was supposed to get a 10% credit which I have not gotten. Now I also need a $5 credit for the card. User's recommendation: Order directly from the florist.
