A comp card that expired we weren’t aware of

We had our steaks over cooked (burned) so we asked to speak to the manager and all he said was that he was sorry that happened he told us he couldnt do anything about it so we reached out to outback 800 # by phone its been a year ago but because of the pandemic we never used our comp cards outback sent us I didnt know they expired 11-2020 we are just now trying to go out more would like to have these $50 dollar cars reissued thank you Alice Martinez
