A BETTER WATER COMPANY

WENT TO THIS COMPANY WHICH INSTALLED A WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM IN THE PAST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SERVICE CALL. WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE HERE ON JULY 18,2013. ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE HERE, THEY CALLED TO RESCHEDULE FOR JULY 23,2013 EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS INCONVENIENT, ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY.NOBODY EVER RETURNED MY CALL OR CALLED TO CONFIRM THIS INCONVENIENT APPOINTMENT. *** THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE AND INCOMPETENT ! *** DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO ELSEWERE !P.S. AS A REPEAT CUSTOMER, YOU'D THINK THEY'D WANT TO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER.
