I spent about 9,000.00 to have a lot of corrective work done in the Med Spa center in Dallas. The technician Kierney, ruined everything that had been done, by giving me another laser too soon after pdo threads were done.The owner refuses to give a refund or correct the issues as he had promised to do. They have gone thru 4or5 managers in 1yr so obviously there are issues there. Next step will be filing a lawsuit against them. I have all of my documentation and before and after photos I tried to advise staff and the owner that I will be filing a lawsuit of there is no refund given as I refuse to have the work done there now. I would never trust them to do a good job after I tried for over a Year.
