9 days to process my payment??

I paid my bill through their website, 11/26. (They claim 11/30). They ran it through my bank on 12/05 - 9 days later. Every other company whom I pay online with, the payment is sent to my bank and shows 'pending' within 24 hours. As it happened, account was $3.00 short...
