I used just answer me, did not get the answer i needed, (automotive repair question regarding bearings) tried to cancel the trial and could not as the site says i don't exist. i now have a charge on my account, no one is answering the phone, it says i don't even have an account anywhere yet money was removed from my account. I would like my money back, i thought this would be a helpful site but apparently they are just thieves. I am a poor person taking care of a handicap child and this really hurts, especially since i did not get help and it cost me 34.00 for nothing. please contact me to return my 34.00 and to cancel the whatever is going on since i can't find anything or don't seem to exist.
