The manager, Tim, of the Grease Monkey on 8th Street in Colorado Springs, is a manager who argues with potential customers and works the other employees there to death. He demeans the employees he manages and does not let them have breaks or lunches. These employees only make $11 an hour. It has been witnessed that he argues with customers and they end up taking their business elsewhere. Tim plays special treatment to his son who works there while treating the others with no respect or kindness what so ever.
