$80 Refund Never Received
I ordered a wig on 3/4/19, received it on 3/13 and returned it on 3/14. I did not receive a refund on my credit card in April, nor did I get a refund on my May statement. Today (6/4) I called Customer Service and spoke to Melissa, who was very polite. She confirmed the wig I had ordered and the dates I gave her. She said the company had changed ownership in March and that some wigs were returned to the company and some were left undelivered at the post office. She said those should have been returned to the senders (although who wants a wig they returned?). I did not receive the wig I had sent for a refund. If the Wig Company wants to keep a decent reputation and have customers trust them, they need to refund the amounts customers are seeking. I understand that they were bought by Hair You Wear who are now responsible for paying this debt. I will continue to seek reimbursement and would be glad to join in a class action lawsuit.
