I made an online purchase from a company i didn't know, or even heard of. But, i saw the ad on Face Book, and figured it was legit. The ad stated free product, just had to pay shipping. They had a product i really wanted to try so i thought why not. So i purchased one product put in cart and the shipping said 4.95. so ok basically product for 4.95 right, WRONG they charged me 9.98 for it and i didn't know till i received an email telling me that. The kicker is that i had also ordered 1 other product after the first and again the cart said 4.95 shipping. I figured not a bad deal for 2 products. So then i get the email telling me that i am charged 9.98 for each item. Not happy, so i reach out the them and explain that the cart told me 4.95 shipping for each item i ordered. I received an email reply that said someone would contact me shortly. ( Still waiting for that) Anyway, ok not getting anywhere so then i am tracking my shipment, tells me to allow 2-6 weeks for delivery that was 9 weeks ago, guess what! still waiting. I emailed again because they changed the date i was suppose to receive my order and again got the same email identical to the first one. So i waited another 2 weeks and went online to see where my order was in transit, and not it it telling me there is no order with that # which i have 2 of and it tells me that there is no order for both of my numbers so again i emailed them to no avail, got the same identical email: see below. So now i am out $19.96 can not get anyone to contact me and i am just livid, i am guessing this is a major SCAM and i am extremely PISSED OFF.
