Purchased a new TX-22 for my son for Christmas. Upon opening the front sight was mangled like it didnt have enough platic pushed into the injection molder that made it. Sent numerous emails to Taurus to be told they couldnt help me! Oh and after telling me that they followed it up everytime with an email that said Glad we could help, if we dont hear from you again we will assume you are satisfied! After almost 3 months of this i purchased my son a great Ruger .22 and he loves it. So i decided to sell the Taurus but i didnt want to screw the next guy so last month i called Taurus (42 minute wait) and this time they said they would send me a front sight.... 2 weeks later i open my package from Taurus only to find a...... wait for it..... rear sight (which i dont need....still need a FRONT sight...... 8 months and counting User's recommendation: Buy any brand but Taurus!!!! They will not help you!
