i have bought 3 of these air fryers which was not cheap for a person on a fixed income. i bought 2 as gifts and kept 1. i do love this product. i bought mine in march of 2018 well guess what it has quit working and they say that is to bad. i sent this back to alliedrich to the tune of $54.00 and they have told me that they will not replace it because the warrant ran out. well ms deen your product should last longer than 13 months. u say u stand behind your products well guess what folks she does not. this was a rip off in my books. now alliedrich has the air fryer which they will probably rework and sell again i can get it back if i pay the shipping back to me oh heck no. i was lucky that i finally got thru to them and talk to a person. i will never ever buy a paula deen or deen brothers product again unless something is done about this air fryer. i guess when u ar wealthy u don't care about your customers who made u wealthy.
