I had over 100K points, then I get my cc statement, shows 712 points. I went over my points for 1 year...I'm short 77,837 points - they just disappeared. If you talk to their Customer Service...out of the USA...they give you double talk..."I see you stayed at a hotel and their was a deduction"...I reply - yes I looked at all the points - I'm still short... "hmmm, I see you stayed at a hotel and their was a deduction". Yes, hello I need to talk to an American...this is horrid customer service.
