We used Best Movers of America to take our belongings from FL to OR and had a dreadful experience. BMOA is a broker, even though they claim they are not. It took 7 WEEKS to deliver, way past the posted days in the contract. The furniture was scratched up, so clearly, it had not been wrapped. The customer service went downhill once the sale went through. The final delivery was entirely too late in the evening (9-11pm) No delivery date was ever adhered to. There was NEVER anything updated in writing. Clearly, there weren’t enough trucks and drivers (even though I was told there were multiple trips scheduled to the west coast.) The delivery driver stated he did not get paid to capture the extra flight of stairs, even though we paid BMOA. I do not recommend this company to anyone
