7+ mechanic problems with car that I have owned for 1 month. Dishonest dealership.

Approximately 6pm on December 23rd, 2011, I traded in my Scion tC for an Audi Allroad. I previously owned the Scion for 5 years and never had any major problems. I was attracted to this dealership because I was told by an employee at there that I was going to get a good deal. I was then determined to drive the 5 hour drive to do the trade. I was never told there was anything wrong with the car. An employee told me the car was in "immaculate condition". I went through with the deal and proceeded to drive home that evening. Before leaving, I filled up the tank with regular gas. With in 45 minutes of leaving Puyallup, the car started severely shaking and 3 error lights popped on. Being a new owner and not familiar with how Audi's function, I was especially concerned. By this time, the dealership had already closed. I pulled the car over and turned off the ignition in hopes it wouldn't happen again. But it did, over and over again every couple miles. Then shortly after the check engine light came on. Fortunately, I made it to a half way point and got in contact with a friend in Portland with a place to stay. I decided to call the dealership in the next morning. The next day was Christmas Eve. I got in touch with the manager and he did apologize. He told me he would do his best to try and find a mechanic in the Portland area. No luck with that considering it was Christmas Eve. He then asked me to drive to a random address, which happened to be an old mechanic friend of his. As soon as I got there, I found out he had given me the wrong address when I got there. I drove all over town trying to find this shop. Finally, I got there and the place was closed. He instructed me to leave the car and drop the keys in the overnight box. He also said that he would get in contact with the owner and that more than likely they would be able to look at it by the following Monday. I asked him if he could cover the price of a rental car considering the inconvenience. He told me that he would not be able to do that because rental car businesses to do not allow a party other than the one renting the car to pay for it. I didn't believe him so I decided to check for myself. I actually did have luck finding a place. Avis. Unfortunately they were out of cars on Christmas Eve. At this point he told me I was on my own. I was still 2.5 to 3 hours away from home. About 20 minutes later, as I was still sitting at the empty shop trying to figure out how I was going to get home, the manager called me back. He told me he had spoke with an Audi tech guy, and that regular gas more than likely caused the problem. The manager from the dealership asked me to "fill the tank with premium gas and the errors should stop after running the regular gas all the way through". I filled the tank and headed for home. The check engine light did not go off. Fortunately, I made it home late that evening and spent the holiday with my family. The next Monday, we brought the car into a near by mechanic who specialized in Audi. After running diagnostic check, 8 error messages popped up. They replaced parts for 2 of the problems, in hopes that all of the errors would go away. The manager at the dealership said he would waive the remaining $750 that I owed the dealership, if I paid for the mechanic work. The mechanic work was more than $750. I agreed because I was tired and fed up. I took the car home and drove it for a few days only for the check engine light to come back on again. Over and over. The car has been in and out of the shop since we've had it. We have already put in over $2,000 in mechanic work. We have hardly been able to drive the car. This has been such an inconvenience to my family and I that we were tempted to bring the car back. We nicely asked the manager at the dealership to cover the costs of this, but he refused. He was a rude, condescending, and sarcastic. This is not what I expect when purchasing a car with a value of over $10,000. I have kept all receipts for proof.
