I just called again and spoke with another person after someone else there FAILED to help me out. I needed to change my shipping address after I already confirmed payement. FIRST OF ALL, I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE REP ON THE PHONE!. I don't want to sound RUDE, but her accent was so strong, I could barely understand her. Second of all, she gave me WRONG information! She obviously doesn't know the difference between a confirmation and tracking number b/c she told me to call back when I get the confirmation. While I was still on the phone with her, I got my confirmation # and then she says I need the tracking number, not confirmation. She was confusing me and HERSELF and then apologized after giving me an attitude. After informing me that i will get a FREE EXPEDITED shipping bc they continue to screw up my order TWICE, they charge me for it first, which is $25!!!!! and then I have to call back to get my refund for $25. that to me is NOT FREE! Its a HASSLE! Get better customer service.
