We hired Chris Jacobs of Ready Set Jump at readysetjumpinflatables.com. Big mistake! We prepaid $275 for the 20 foot Tsunami Slide (wet) & an extra $100 for 2 hotdog hut steamers. Total price $375. Chris & 3 other guys show up for the party with the Pirates bounce house which is not what I ordered & paid for. My Tsunami slide was $275 instead Chris Jacobs shows up with a $100 piece of junk Pirate bounce house. No hotdog hut steamers either. Chris said his hotdog machines are broken. I bet it is! I did not get any refund. All I got from Chris Jacobs was a cussing--to his customer. A vulgar mouth--in front of kids!!!! Do yourself a favor & do not do business with Ready Set Jump Inflatables. I did a google search of Chris Jacobs & his phone number only to discover he & his wife Gina Jacobs have many, many complaints for selling sick Dachshunds in Smyrna TN & are being investigated. Apparently Chris & Gina Jacobs are both running scam operations.
