6 weeks to straighten out a mistake they made

The tax department at RoundPoint made a several thousand dollar error and underestimated our taxes which resulted in them sending us an escrow "refund" check for $2600. We caught the mistake and immediately notified them and returned the check as instructed. That was 6 weeks ago. Since that time we have made 8 phone calls, spoken to 9 different people. I was never able to speak to the same person although I requested to. I was told something different EVERY time I called. Until this last phone call I was not able to speak to a supervisor because "no supervisor is available". Several times I was told that I would receive a call back once the "task was completed", I never received a phone call. The payment was due on May 1st and the issue is still not resolved, the payment listed is still several hundred dollars more than it should be. Finally, today I spoke to a supervisor. He assures me , he will make the adjustment and will call me back on Thursday...we shall see! User's recommendation: Do not use Roundpoint Mortgage.
