We ordered a dog dish the beginning of June and it still hasn't arrived yet. I sent an email asking on status after 4 weeks and didn't get a reply, sent another email after 5 weeks received a reply 3 days later stating item is out of stock. They can't or won't give me an estimate on when I will get our product. They take your money right away yet won't tell you when you will get your item. Very unhappy with their customer service, fix your TV ads cause all they are spouting is lies. User's recommendation: be prepared to wait along time for your product to arrive.
