Well, I have been with them for 6+ months and the whole time have had to babysit as things they contracted for are either not being done, being done 1/2 way or ignored. We have reports to show no increase in volume and their response was "well things didn't get worse" like thats an answer. Needless to say I have been able to get a response but things in my biz are not improving. I hired them because with google changes last year our phone literally stopped ringing which was a nightmare, so in short almost 3k has been spent and "nothing got worse". wow that should be there tag line.
