I have a problem, where I can't find the phone customer service taking it on the level needed, I have installed brand new Gas water heater 6 liters Ariston two months back, and two weeks back, at 9.30 am, the water connection exploded and very hot steam was coming out just after opening the water by few minutes. The blast was so strong that it hit the exhaust fan and broke it. please check the attached photo. I need to talk to a senior person immediately. Thanks
