I sent IPhone to Phobio as part of the Apple "buy back" program. They rejected it and then later accepted it, at a $50 lower price. The BBB logged the complaint, but were not able to help. PLEASE use ANY other vendor with Apple products Terrible customer service and a complete disregard for consumers. (THE) contract with Apple is a "government" special. No-bid, self-serving and little regard for customer rights! Stay clear.
