Ticket 1003 taken at Pharmacy 8:32am, now already 10:30am, ticketing calling 1044, the staff told me system error, my medicine for the number 1003 not ready yet.. This is unacceptable reason for 2 hours to prepare medicine.. while others later number already taken their medicine..
