my fridge shorted out and the repair tech from american home appliance informed me that the a part for the compressor that was replaced from the february visit by sears home services was NOT compatible and caused the fridge to eventually overheat and melt the parts around the compressor which cause the fridge short out and die. The american home applicance tech informed me the compressor had also melted and the wires were burned around it. I was going to need a new fridge but the report is incorrect that the fridge was too close to the wall or improper installation. I am canceling my policy!! I now have to buy a refrigerator that I don't have money for. I was furloughed last march and laid off in july 2020.
